Tier dispatch

Tier dispatch describes a way an organization can sequence interpreter outreach. A tier might reflect language fit, qualifications, location, availability, or prior preferences. The meaning of each tier depends on the specific program.

How staged outreach can work

An organization may start with a smaller group that fits its criteria, then widen outreach if no one is available. Each stage needs clear rules for who is contacted, how availability is confirmed, and how proposed terms are reviewed. Outreach alone does not make a booking; a session requires the applicable approval and confirmation steps.

A tier model should not imply that an interpreter is less qualified because of a tier number. Qualifications, language and dialect fit, and assignment requirements should be reviewed directly. If terms change as outreach expands, the client needs to review the new proposal before commitment.

How Lingfaro coordinates requests

Tier dispatch is a general term for staged interpreter outreach; each program defines its own groups and timing. Lingfaro requests are reviewed by an operator, and the client confirms terms before commitment. If a potential interpreter is unavailable, the operator discusses the next step with the client.
