Terms of Service
Enhanced Language & Cultural Services, LLC, doing business as Lingfaro (“Lingfaro,” “we,” or “us”), provides the platform and related services described here. A separate agreement signed by your organization may set additional or different terms for a particular service.
Using the service
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it only as permitted by these terms and any agreements that apply to your account or organization. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
If your organization has signed a separate services agreement, business associate agreement, data processing agreement, or procurement contract with Enhanced Language & Cultural Services, LLC (d/b/a Lingfaro), that agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms.
The service
Lingfaro provides software for coordinating interpretation requests, assignments, session records, and related payment workflows. Availability and proposed terms are shown for each request in the service. A request is not confirmed until the required review and acceptance steps shown in the service are complete.
Lingfaro does not guarantee that an interpreter will be available for every request. The service does not replace your organization’s own procedures, professional judgment, or legal advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for limiting access to people authorized to use it. Do not try to access another person’s or organization’s data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
Include only the information needed to arrange and review an assignment. Do not put patient identifiers, payment-card data, bank credentials, or sensitive case details into general request notes, messages, or email.
Payments and records
The service displays the terms that apply to a request and its current status. Payment and payout details are handled through the payment provider’s hosted flows. Review the full record in your signed-in account.
Your organization’s signed agreements govern applicable fees, cancellations, payment timing, and record retention where they address those subjects.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version and any notice presented in the service will describe when a change applies. Continued use does not change a separate signed agreement unless that agreement or applicable law permits it.
