Pricing

Priced to the work, not a rate card.

We quote to your languages, settings, and volume — then put the number in writing. No public price sheet, no surprises in the invoice. Matching is automated; a real person answers within one business day.

Why there's no rate card

One public number would be wrong for almost everyone.

A single advertised rate either overcharges for a routine phone call, or quietly underserves a Tier-1 legal session in a rare language.

We quote to the actual work — and we'd rather show you honest math than a headline a competitor games. It's the same reason we keep interpreter pay in the ledger, not on a billboard: most of every dollar reaches the interpreter, itemized where it's earned.

What shapes your quote

Six things we price against.

Tell us where you land on these and we'll come back with a number you can take to finance.

  1. 01

    Modality

On-site, video, or phone. On-site carries travel; video and phone are matched faster and cost less.

  2. 02

    Language & dialect

Somali or Spanish look different from Anuak or Karenni. Rarer languages and specific dialects shape availability and rate.

  3. 03

    Specialty & tier

A discharge call and a sworn court proceeding require different credentials. Tier-1 legal and medical work is priced accordingly.

  4. 04

    Volume & scheduling

Recurring, scheduled, and high-volume work is priced differently from one-off, after-hours, on-demand requests.

  5. 05

    SLAs & retention

Time-to-fill commitments, verbatim transcripts, and longer record retention can be written into your agreement.

  6. 06

    Integration

EHR or case-management integration and SSO provisioning are scoped once, then it just runs.

Included at any price

The floor doesn't move.

Whatever your quote works out to, none of these are an upsell. They're the baseline of doing this responsibly — the same on an on-demand phone call as on a system-wide agreement.

  • Credentialed, re-verified interpreters — matched by dialect, register, and specialty
  • A tamper-evident record on every session, retained to your policy
  • A real person you can reach by name — not a phone tree
  • Fair interpreter pay, with mileage and prep time included
  • Section 1557 / Title VI / Joint Commission documentation
  • Net-30 institutional billing — ACH or card via Stripe, with cost-center splits

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Every model runs on the same dispatch and the same record. Pricing differs by commitment, not by quality.

On-demand

Dispatch as you need it.

Place requests one at a time, on-site or remote. Best for organizations testing the water or with unpredictable volume.

  • No minimums to start
  • Pay per session
  • Same platform, same record

Scheduled Most common

Recurring & booked ahead.

Standing appointments, clinics, and court calendars. Priced for predictable, repeat volume with priority routing.

Common questions

Before you ask.

How do you bill?
Net-30 institutional invoicing, ACH or card via Stripe, with cost-center and PO splits. Interpreters are paid on the regular payout cycle by direct deposit.
Is there a minimum commitment?
On-demand has no minimum to start. Scheduled and enterprise agreements are sized to your volume — we'll be explicit about any commitment before you sign.
How fast can we start?
On-demand requests can begin as soon as your account is set up. Enterprise onboarding — integration, SSO, custom SLAs — typically takes a couple of weeks.
Do you publish interpreter pay?
We publish the principle — most of every dollar reaches the interpreter — and show the exact, itemized figure to interpreters in their weekly ledger, not on a billboard.

Tell us where you land on the six.

Share your languages, settings, and volume, and we'll come back with a number you can take to finance — from a real person, within one business day.
