INTERPRETER CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT — PER SESSION (TEMPLATE)

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") applies to each interpreting
assignment ("Session") that [INTERPRETER LEGAL NAME] ("Interpreter") accepts
through Enhanced Language & Cultural Services, LLC, d/b/a Lingfaro ("Lingfaro").
By accepting a Session, Interpreter agrees to the following for that Session and
thereafter.

1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
   "Confidential Information" means all information Interpreter learns in
   connection with a Session, including the identities of the parties, the
   content of communications, protected health information, personally
   identifiable information, case details, and any documents or recordings.

2. NON-DISCLOSURE
   Interpreter will not disclose, repeat, or use Confidential Information for any
   purpose other than performing the Session, and will not discuss the Session
   with anyone not authorized to receive the information.

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
   Interpreter will interpret faithfully and completely, remain impartial, avoid
   conflicts of interest, and comply with applicable codes of professional
   ethics (including, where relevant, the NCIHC, IMIA/CCHI, RID, or court
   interpreter codes).

4. PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION
   Where a Session involves PHI, Interpreter will handle it consistent with
   HIPAA and any Business Associate Agreement between Lingfaro and the client,
   and will not retain PHI after the Session.

5. RETURN OF MATERIALS
   Interpreter will return or securely destroy any materials received for the
   Session promptly after it concludes and will retain no copies.

6. NO RECORDING
   Interpreter will not record a Session by any means unless expressly
   authorized in writing by the client and Lingfaro.

7. SURVIVAL
   The confidentiality obligations in this Agreement survive completion of the
   Session indefinitely.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

INTERPRETER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting a Session, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this
Agreement.
