Minnesota's highest-volume LEP languages (Spanish, Somali, Hmong, Karen, Karenni, Oromo, Amharic, Vietnamese, Arabic) and the languages arriving now: Pashto and Dari for Afghan families, Ukrainian for recent Ukrainian arrivals. Dialect matters: we route White Hmong, Green/Blue Hmong, S'gaw Karen, Pwo Karen, Maxaa-Tiri Somali, and Maay-Maay Somali to interpreters who speak them.

On-site for in-person consults and ED visits, VRI for behavioral health and after-hours, OPI for scheduling and high-volume eligibility calls. Same dispatch workflow, same session documentation, same billing.
Specialty matching
Select the specialty when you post: medical general, mental health, OB and labor, oncology, pediatrics, surgical, and more. CMI and CCHI credentials gate the offer. Only qualified interpreters see it.
Patient information stays out of dispatch
The dispatch brief is scanned for names, MRNs, dates of birth, phone numbers, and addresses before it's sent. Interpreters get clinical context on arrival from your EMR, not from Lingfaro.
Session records, one click to export
Every session produces a documented record with interpreter credentials, timestamps, modality, and dual attestations. Suitable for Joint Commission tracers, Title VI inquiries, CMS surveys, and MDH LEP plan documentation. No manual reconciliation.
A real person, when the system can't fill it
When a request can't auto-fill (a rare language at 2 a.m., a missed check-in, a credential expiry), a Lingfaro operator picks it up immediately. You see every step in real time and an honest answer if a session isn't fillable.
