- · MDH Spoken Language Health Care Interpreter Roster (medical sessions)
- · Statewide Roster of Court Interpreters (legal sessions)
- · CMI (NBCMI), CHI or CoreCHI (CCHI), RID, or BEI (specialty tracks)
- · Willingness to work on-site in the seven-county metro and/or via VRI
Lingfaro dispatches medical, legal, education, and social-services sessions across the Twin Cities metro to vetted independent-contractor interpreters. The Minneapolis–Saint Paul area is our highest-volume market: Hennepin Medical Center, Ramsey County courts, Minneapolis Public Schools, and dozens of social-service agencies rely on our network every day.
What you’ll do
Accept offer-based assignments that match your languages, specialties, and availability. Show up (on-site or via video), check in through the app, and complete the session. Payments are deposited to your linked bank account on a regular biweekly cycle.
What we’re looking for
- Professional interpreters fluent in any Minnesota community language
- Current credentials from a recognized certifying body (MDH roster, CMI, CHI/CoreCHI, RID, BEI, court roster)
- Reliability and professional conduct in healthcare, legal, or social-service settings
- Smartphone for check-in and offer management
