Build infrastructure that matters for Minnesota communities.
Lingfaro is a small, deliberate team at the start of a Minnesota launch. We work on problems that matter: the systems that let a Somali patient understand their diagnosis, a Karen family follow their child's IEP meeting, a public defender communicate with an LEP client. The code ships to institutions that depend on it every day.
How we work
What to expect.
Built to hold up.
We don't ship features to hit a roadmap. We ship things that hold up when a Ramsey County court coordinator is trying to fill an urgent hearing at 8am. Concurrency-safe dispatch, tamper-evident session records, PHI scanning on every brief. That's the standard.
Written-first culture.
Decisions are documented where they appear in the product, not buried in a document nobody finds later. Implementation reviews are written in plain English in the code that implements them. We write for the person who inherits the system in two years.
Mission-grounded design.
Our design system is called Meridian. Cool paper-white, deep slate ink, no gradients. Interfaces that a language-access coordinator or a court clerk trusts on the first look, because it looks like it was built for their work, not for a pitch deck.
Open roles
Currently hiring.
We're early-stage and building for Minnesota first. The team is small and the roles are broad. If you want to own a surface end-to-end, from the API contract to the dispatch logic to the UI that a language-access coordinator opens every morning, this is the right place.
